Alisha Cooper-Well's BizFund Academy curriculum is out of this world. Apart from what I'd learned as an investor, I didn't know much about the lending industry. Each type of loan is thoroughly discussed. That's quite a long list of banks! The infomration is priceless. “Wow, the Biz fund Academy is amazing. I was listening in on the conversation in a clubhouse room on how you could become a broker for lenders. I then took the information and signed up with lenders. My first deal I made over $35,000  just from listening to "The Play". 

I then paid for the clases from Bizfund Academy, which basically paid for itself at this point just to see what else I was missing out on and man the information was seemingly endless. Learning about the different types of lending, mindset and learning to speak bank (BFA inside Joke)  was priceless and also BFA gives us direct lender contacts to get your deals done. 

Becoming a broker owner from taking the BFA course gave us an extra income stream when inflation made it necessary to have other income flows. I'm now on pace to do well over six figures and this would not be possible had I not taken the course from Biz Fund Academy.

  I'm a recent graduate of the Biz Fund Academy program. Today I would like to show you briefly my experience as a student and what the program has meant to me thus far.  As a student, I was completely sorry. I was surprised by how much information I received. I was really excited to be well.  I didn't feel like Mrs. Cooper-Wells would deliver anything that was mediocre, but I was truly astonished about how much information she does give us.  I was pleasantly surprised at the wealth of information that would give us. I was thrilled by the simplicity of how everything is taught and explained.  I was extremely excited to be a part of the program, but I also had my concerns. One of which was would I be able to understand what they're teaching?  Would it be taught in a way that I could, that I'm going to understand? So then I can in turn explain it to my future clients.  And my answer was yes. From the very first class, I knew I was being educated. Not talked to. I was not receiving cook-a-cutter programs, but I was really being educated about financial literacy.  So then I can in turn educate my future clients. I knew that I was being given information. And that was real time, real experience.  No fluff, no, you know, any window, no speculation. But real information in real time for real people. And I loved it.  At the moment, I would say my favorite thing about the program would be our 101. My 101 meeting with Miss Cooper.  I think it is a phenomenal benefit to be a part of the program. In my 101 session with Miss Cooper, my first one, I was nervous.  I was in the stage of trying to register my business. And I was nervous. To be completely honest, I was dreading it.  I was stressing it, dreading it, Because of previous bad experiences. I did not want to do that process alone. And we had been given, you know, in class, the steps that we need to do step by step.  So I had a beautiful guide to go by, but I still had those reservations. I still had that hesitation of going through that process.  When I expressed where I was in my planning process, Miss Cooper was okay. We need to start today. And I was like, okay, let's do it.  And she literally walked me through the process seamlessly. I cannot believe we're done. I mean, we're done. That's how smooth the transition was from being a non-business owner to being a business owner.  And I could not stop grinning. I could not stop smiling. I was trying to be very professional. You know, talk, right?  But I couldn't help it. I had to do my bashimi dengance because it was done. My stress level was back to the low normal, literally non-existent.  And I cannot have been more pleased with that process. She walked me through it. It's not by telling me what to do, but we.  We're standing what we had learned in class so that while I'm going through the process, I'm able to make an informed decision.  It's best for me and my business. And it was phenomenal. It was absolutely phenomenal. I'm so looking forward to the next steps.  I'm so looking forward to growth and expansion as a business honor, but also as a student and a mentee to a wonderful leader and mentor.  Miss Cooper Wells, I kind of, I think you enough for this one Academy because this is truly changing my life and the trajectory of my family's life.  And that's what it means to me.
